Check-In
On arrival, the apartment is available from 4 p.m.

Check-Out
On departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am.

Deposit
We ask you to transfer 30% of the total amount to the following account when you confirm your booking:

Final cleaning
For each apartment size, the respective amount is listed in the offer and in the booking confirmation.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is € 3 per person per day.

Final settlement
Please pay your final bill one day before departure, in CASH, thank you.
For guests of tennis hotels playing tennis is FREE!
1. you need the guest card or a card with stamp of the hotel as an identification.
2. in order to avoid overbooking of the tennis courts we ask you to reserve the court in time
3. you can do this at the reception in the hotel, in the Spar department store Gstrein or by yourself via QR code and Google App.
